Our line of interlocking wooden blocks comes in three different sizes to accommodate exterior and interior walls.

  • The Block is sold by the individual unit. Each standard block covers 1.33 sq. ft.
  • The use of the Block for exterior walls eliminates the need for traditional drywall and all its time-consuming processes.
  • Exterior siding of any kind is no longer a necessity as well.
  • All Build-a-Block Logo products are available pre-finished, whether painted or stained.
  • Exterior and interior Blocks are available with integrated J-boxes (wall switches, outlets, data ports and any other high or low voltage port that requires J-box enclosures) in order to reduce the electricians time and pre-locate all fixtures.
  • Blocks are also available with access ports to accommodate plumbing fixtures, piping, and elbows.

THE #800 SERIES

Traditionally used for EXTERIOR walls. (Load Bearing).
Overall Dimensions: 9 ½” – 9 7/8” W. x 8” H. x 12’, 24”, 36”, 48”, 60” L.

FEATURES
  • The #800 series blocks are available in intervals of 12”. For example: #812, #824, #836, all the way to #860.The final (2) numbers indicate how long the block is.
  • The blocks overall width is available from 9 ½” to 9 7/8”, depending on the thickness of the facia wood selected.
  • All #800 series blocks can be integrated with 8” wide CMU blocks.
  • Conventional plumbing can be used within the block walls.
  • Conventional climate insulation methods and products can be used within the block walls.

THE #600 SERIES

Traditionally used for INTERIOR walls. (Load Bearing).
Overall Dimensions: 7” – 7 3/8” W. x 8” H. x 12’, 24”, 36”, 48”, 60” L.

FEATURES
  • The #600 series blocks are available in intervals of 12”. For example: #612, #624, #636, all the way to #660. The final (2) numbers indicate how long the block is.
  • The blocks overall width is available from 7” to 7 3/8”, depending on the thickness of the facia wood selected.
  • All #600 series blocks can be integrated with 2” x 6” dimensional lumber.
  • Conventional plumbing can be used within the block walls.
  • Conventional climate insulation methods and
    products can be used within the block walls.

THE #400 SERIES

Traditionally used for INTERIOR walls. (NON Load Bearing).
Overall Dimensions: 5” – 5 3/8” W. x 8” H. x 12’, 24”, 36”, 48”, 60” L.

FEATURES
  • The #400 series blocks are available in intervals of 12”. For example: #412, #424, #436, all the way to #460. The final (2) numbers indicate how long the block is.
  • The blocks overall width is available from 5” to 5 3/8”, depending on the thickness of the facia wood selected.
  • All #400 series blocks can be integrated with 2” x 4” dimensional lumber.
  • Conventional plumbing can be used within the block walls.
  • Conventional climate insulation methods and
    products can be used within the block walls.
